Below you will find some information about the shipping costs, the ordering process and the delivery time:

Shipping costs

We deliver our prints free of charge within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs, taxes or customs duties may be incurred, the amount of which I will be happy to clarify with you by e-mail.

Order process & delivery time

To order one or more prints, you can click the „Order print by e-mail“ button. This usually opens a window for entering an e-mail. The image name and image number are already pre-filled for you in the subject line. Please include your contact details and address in your e-mail. Alternatively, you can simply send me an e-mail stating your motif requirements.

After receiving your e-mail or your order, I will contact you and send you an invoice and my bank details. I currently only accept payments in advance. After receipt of the invoice amount on my account, the production of your „Naturwerk“ will start and shortly afterwards the dispatch.

As the print is customised, I ask for your understanding that production and dispatch can take up to six weeks.

Complaints & exchange

Please note that our „natural works“ are customised productions on natural materials. Therefore, there may be deviations from the presentation on our website.
